Russia Invades Crimea right after America announces big reduction to military. Now American can grow their military again thanks to Russia.

A little coincidental don't you think?
EDIT: It's "America" in the title, not "American". Sorry.

We were never going to downsize. Did you ever hear anything about shrinking the military budget? What we are planning is a switch to more AI stuff. Drones at every position, focused energy weapons and Talos equipped infantry. I don't think that this most recent chest beating from Putin is going to have much effect long range. Unless we get in a shooting war over this and I don't see much chance of that.

Youre right. The budget bill, which was passed in january, allocated i believe 300 billion for this year. So its still a huuuge amount of money

why the hell should we get involved? It's a regional beef.
5 BacktotheUniverse 2014-03-03
Regional beef has never, ever, stopped US intervention.
2 FAP-FOR-BRAINS 2014-03-03
still.

Pretty fucked up innit. That being said, superpowers like US and Russia get involved in regional beef all the time, its how you stay a super power I guess.

When Ukraine gave up it's nuclear arms, we promised to protect its boarders. This is a breach of that contract, so we must protect them.
Alternatively, Ukraine just wants to be westernized, big bad Russia is stopping that, we need to help!

I understand your argument, but the double standard that constantly goes on with nuclear and chemical arms is ridiculous.
Classic example us condemning Iran and Syria while turning a blind eye to Israel. We claim it's because Iran is unstable, yet we gave North Korea the same nuclear power tech (which they used to make missiles).
Point being, it's a bullshit game.

You need more visibility with this comment. So many forget this

I know this is Conspiracy and all but there are few similarities between the North Korean and Iranian Nuclear programs.

after they stupidly gave up their nukes, Russia promised not to invade. It's on them to make things right, not us. Do you want war over Ukraine?

BUMP. Makes perfect sense. What better way to get what you want than make what you want seem completely necessary? Its called WARMONGERING.

This is exactly how it happens. The entire world is playing a game with our lives. The corporations. It's not about us...it's about them, using ALL of us for their fucking NWO.

They are all in cahoots with the IMF to get more money from each countries normal joe tax money.

I don't know what will happen exactly, but I am almost 100% confident that:
1 step closer to one-world government

Yes and No. There's no reason why the US has to be Ukraine's bitch when it can handle its own issue with Russia. The US needs to mind its own business. It does not have "interests" in Russia being threatened by this turmoil, whereas Russia feels it has everything to lose.

Funny, I just thought about this last night. Pretty interesting coincidence.

Are we to believer that Iran, does not have, a (+) nuclear weapons??? I think they have them, and woe to those who dare invade. Just a thought, but, since the Saudis, showed their 'nuclear missiles', there is this smug smile, appearing on 'some' faces. I don't believe America has a chance, in changing ME, policies, governments, or business dealings. Ultimately, it will be a losing battle. All Negative.. sorry, but it's how I feel at the moment.

LOL, if there's war between the USA and Russia, Snowden is the least of their worries.
