I'm having a hard time seeing what the back and forth is on my phone. Do we have to adjust foreign contributions section to reflect two organizations CF and CHAI. Currently reads as though CHAI is a program of CF. https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/637

Did the Clintons create the CHAI as a separate organization to be able to accept foreign donations throughout the presidential election????

I find it strange that Podesta should be involved in Clinton Foundation things at all. From the resume, he's only involved with the govt. It seems clear from the rhetoric that CHAI isn't part of the Clinton Foundation...

In fact, from its donor list, it seems the Clinton Foundation donates to CHAI ($5-10 mil). But then there's a strange disclaimer at the bottom: "Net of $4.1 million debt repaid to the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation."

This method of taking in donations from the same organization, and then returning money to the CF is a pretty tell-tale sign of laundering.

It also seems CHAI is a for-profit since I'm not seeing the classic 501c3 notation.

Oh, this one's a good one: CHAI's board of directors includes Bill, Hillary and Chelsea. They put a disclaimer that reads they'll step down from the board and put CHAI as a totally separate entity to the foundation.... only if H Clinton becomes president.
