Shills are out for Bush

We know after Hillary Clinton's presidential run that politicians pay PR firms to drive the online narrative about them, particularly on Reddit. There has been a very sudden upswing in the amount of positive posts about George Bush in the last few weeks that seems targeted and it completely contradicts the prevailing social and political views of the young, left-leaning demographic of Reddit.
I believe (my conspiracy) is that this is a targeted PR campaign run by the Republican establishment who oppose Trump. They want to create an image of the old Republicans as people that may have a slightly different view for the economy than you, but are generally nice guys with your best interests are heart. Together with constantly undermining the Trump presidency, they want to make the Republican establishment more attractive to the general public, so that we're all begging for the good old days.

Maybe you should push a pr campaign that focuses on the possible involvement of the Bushes regarding the JFK assassination.

I would help push that car.

If Saddam was alive today, and spoke out against Trump, he would be considered a hero.
This is where we are right now.

If Saddam was still alive, we wouldn't have ISIS or half the other problems. Sometimes a dictator is a good thing. If he would have just stayed out of Kuwait. Wonder if the CIA had anything to do with him invading.

The first war in Iraq was also sold to the public based on a pack of lies. There's tons of evidence America told Saddam they were fine with his actions and that it would make no response, only later using Kuwait as a pretext to justify invasion when it became politically expedient. At the time it was known as "giving the fake OK."
War is a racket.

For some crazy reason, I don't think that's going to get any traction in this sub...

There might be a bunch of people on this sub that approve a trump, but I wouldn't make the mistake of thinking that they approve of conservatism all of a sudden. Distrust of Bush and Bush republicanism is one of the basic foundations of this place.

That's what I was saying. We fucking hate Bush.
