I'm from the UK and they're normally incredibly cautious on numbers. They normally talk about "fatalities" (without a number). I'm actually in Thailand - I woke up to the news and thought that the incident must have happened several hours ago. Then I realised it was actually just under 2 hours ago, yet I was already told 19 had died, over 50 injured.
