No. Although I've never had to deal with private servers. Classified message incidents (CMI's) where classified information is emailed on a unclassified computer on NIPR or to a private email or private computer happens almost daily. The most punishment I've seen is people losing their computers and network privilege for a few days and more training

1. Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code make it unlawful to send of store classified information on personal email.

2. Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements states that:

   “Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency record keeping system.”

3. Violation of the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA)

From what I remember from the Comey testimony about the emails he said there was no precedent and to go after HRC would be a witch hunt in the context that HRC cut corners and people want her in jail for it. Way before Comey let her off the hook, the fbi said her server may have been hacked by 5 or more different countries.. But that the security was so weak on her server, there's no way to verify it. I think they allowed it to be hacked to sell or give away classified info to the Chinese and others..

33,000 of her emails were deleted and surely some of those were classified. All her emails around the time of Benghazi were deleted..

His FBI team, an organization many people assume would have lots of "republican" types as they are attracted to those types of jobs... didn't find anything bulletproof.
