It was as easy as pie. As long as you have at least one tobacco flavoring, which contains chemicals thought to have a concert effect in easing tobacco withdrawal. I think it has the potential to effect any plants that can easily retain small particles, like what you've mentioned about kale. However, I don't think all crops use mined phosphates, but I have no idea which ones do, and don't. I suppose I should learn more about it.
