Trump befriended Alex Jones, established a relationship with the sensationalist Breitbart, pushed a conspiracy theory about Ted Cruz's dad killing JFK, and now Seth Rich... if I didn't know any better I'd say that Trump is creating his own false reality that many of you are putting faith in

Anyone else get the feeling that Seth Rich's death benefits the alt-right more than it has the DNC. Maybe the alt-right or DJT lackeys were the ones who took care of Rich as a way to leverage more distain against the DNC?

Not a fan of Trump , but he hardly started the Seth Rich story. That story was talked about way before Trump got in on it.
1 NimSauce 2017-08-01
The administration had a hand in its resurgence. Fucking Spicer himself was in on it.
1 umamba45 2017-08-01
Good on them for doing it then. What the DNC is doing is fucking disgusting glad that the people have at least some friends in positions of power
1 NimSauce 2017-08-01
so you are cheering the administration peddling fake news?
1 umamba45 2017-08-01
I cheer on the government for once fighting again the brutal career politicians who have ruined this country.
Seth Rich will get justice. You will never win.
1 jeffinRTP 2017-08-01
career politicians get paid by wealthy people like trump and many of his billionaires supporters.
1 jubway 2017-08-01
The first step to Seth Rich getting justice is for the conspiracy theories to stop. He wasn't the leaker, no matter how badly you might want him to be to validate your hatred.
1 jeffinRTP 2017-08-01
What about the what the RNC is doing, don't you want to know about that or do you think they do no wrong?
1 B_U_T_T 2017-08-01
I think all bad things are bad.
It's time for people to stop defending corrupt agencies period.
1 jeffinRTP 2017-08-01
Have you spoked out about corrupt pro trump/GOP agencies?
1 B_U_T_T 2017-08-01
While I disagree with a lot of what is going on in the Trump administration, I believe that they get enough negative press as is, there would be nothing unique for me to add.
The issues I feel are underrepresented are those which I give my attention to. Libs and Dems are less likely to view their own politicians and their own agencies as corrupt, even though they are pretty blatant. I think politicians need to be held accountable. I identify as a liberal but I can't stand what the left has become. All of the sudden liberals don't care about accountability, they are being led around like sheep, this is what scares me the most. I used to think only conservatives were stupid, but now I realize that it's everyone.
If Trump committed the same crimes that Hillary had then the media would have a field day. I still can't figure out why Hillary got off scott free after breaking the law.
(Destruction of evidence, knowingly and intentionally mishandling classified information among many others)
1 jeffinRTP 2017-08-01
If they did all the things that you claim Hillary did why hasn't the trump administration charged her with a crime? Why didn't any of the Republican controlled congressional investigations find enough evidence to pass it on the Republican president and attorney general to bring charges?
1 B_U_T_T 2017-08-01
Likewise I would ask, why hasn't Trump been charged yet?
Because politicians are allowed to break the law apparantly.
Pay to Play is illegal and people have been fired for doing much less than the Clintons speech schemes, I will repeat, people have been fired for doing LESS. So why not Hillary?

Because she's got too many friends and too much dirt on them. Same with Trump. This Russia stuff is real and it's deep in both sides. That's why I gave up on them all. It's all rigged. And Russia doesn't care if your a republican or Democrat, they just want to steal from all of them.
1 Juicebochts 2017-08-01
I disagree that there would be nothing unique you could add. You're a well spoken, seemingly intelligent, unique person. So read as much as you can, try to drown out all the bias and come to your own conclusion. What you say may not be popular, or even right, but your viewpoint would definitely still be unique, as would your commentary on it. No matter what conclusion you came to.
Dont sit on the sideline because you dont think you would add anything, your voice alone could get someone else involved, or change someone elses mind.

There's no way of knowing if it was astroturfed into relevance by people trying to help Trump by hurting the DNC. There's no way of knowing if he had a hand in the strategy either.
Like I mentioned in the OP, he's capable of peddling conspiracies that benefit him. He's the one that opened his mouth publically about JFK and Cruz's dad. He smartened up after they called him on it by layering himself between his smear tactics. Cruz was convinced that the unfaithful/cheating allegations were started by Trump, but Trump didn't open his mouth about it. Instead a close tabloid of Trump did the work for him.
What we do know is that there's a serious allegation from Wheeler and a confession from a close Trump alley that he used Trump's name to sway Wheeler into doing his bidding. He covers Trump's ass by saying that he wasn't serious, but again... how much leeway are we giving here? There's a history and no signs of change.

You are giving him way too much credit.
1 pby1000 2017-08-01
Trump rolled up a bunch of leakers. He is not stupid.
1 rustiesbagel 2017-08-01
He is definitely not stupid. He is not maniacal either as OP would have you believe.
1 jeffinRTP 2017-08-01
Have you ever listen to him speaking and not reading a prepared speech?
1 TheMadQuixotician 2017-08-01
Or a lot of the true users here are skeptical of anyone in office and still put no faith in the President while simultaneously having not supported the Democratic candidate.
1 Faggotitus 2017-08-01
Breitbart is dead.
1 pby1000 2017-08-01
I wonder what they discovered about the Seth Rich investigation. Trump crypically tweeted about having a great day at the White House. The Awans seem like cowards, so they will talk under pressure.
1 jeffinRTP 2017-08-01
nothing. Why do people think it's beyond possibilities that the GOP had him killed because he was going to say that he didn't like the emails and had proof of who did. It would provide a reason for the GOP or Russians to k=have him killed.
1 MasBlanketo 2017-08-01
Because Hillary and the DNC are the only ones capable of murder /s
1 pby1000 2017-08-01
Did you read the Podesta emails? The one about the leaker...
1 pby1000 2017-08-01
I don't follow you.
"...the GOP had him killed because he was going to say that he didn't like the emails and had proof of who did."
Would the GOP or the DNC have a motive to kill him?
1 jeffinRTP 2017-08-01
then whats all the conspiracies about his killing?
1 pby1000 2017-08-01
If the GOP had Seth Rich killed, then I think the DNC would be more cooperative in the investigation. Instead, they are stonewalling to the point that the DC chief of police resigned. The DNC will not let anyone look at Seth's computers or phones, and they will not answer questions regarding who was with him that night. The DNC story, I believe, is that it was a random act of violence.
1 jeffinRTP 2017-08-01
The DC chief of police resigned to become head of security for the NFL. Sounds like more of a promotion.
1 pby1000 2017-08-01
Yes, but she complained about the corruption in DC before leaving.
1 mypoliticshitposting 2017-08-01
Seth Rich was not killed a robbery, he was assassinated. Following the motive is extremely typical in any investigation wither it be by the cops or anyone with a vested interest. What is odd is that there seems to be a very well orchestrated plan to attack anyone who reports any part of it, and of-course we know what happens when they try to play that game. You get more and more people thinking they are on to something.

1 RiseoftheTrumpwaffen 2017-08-01
Nah dude the president of the United States is totally anti-establishment and is totally going to bring the truth to all the things we know happened.
Yep Trump will surely blow the lid off 9/11 and Area 51 and PsyOps. Any day now.
r/conspiracy LOVES the government now!
1 thankdeezus 2017-08-01
Didn't Trump used to use connections with large tabloids to smear people? I heard he was/is friends with owners of the tabloids who run entire publications on fake news but can't confirm.
It's really taking that to the next level. If true he's been at it for decades.
0 stry300 2017-08-01
How many conspiracy theories have turned out to be conspiracy realities ? There's nothing that should go unquestioned. It's pretty obvious Seth rich was the DNC leaker and payed with his life. COGNITIVE DISSONANCE is the death of objective truth.
