I believe it is a reference to Lucifer/Satan. When you rub the "sellotape" in a dark room, then you get light. Lucifer is the light bearer.

The whole thing is just a puzzle about what really happened. It helps to have some esoteric knowledge, and to know about gnosticism. Gnosticism is the belief that God is evil and Lucifer/Satan is good. It is the opposite of what Christians believe.

I am thinking that OP believes the LV attack was done by the Illuminati/Freemasons/Luciferians, and clues were left behind about certain places and events. The Illuminati/Freemasons/Luciferians rule the world.
