This sub doesnt feel right today.

Call me a conspiracy theorist, but the types of content I'm seeing posted right now feels off. Stories which haven't had any traction in months are suddenly flooding the sub.
Seems off.

Example?
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
The pattern of content posting doesn't feel organic to me, in a way that is different from the usual.
1 MJshoe 2017-11-10
Not enough beating the dead Hillary horse if you ask me.
1 GoddamnFreemasons 2017-11-10
I don't think that will ever get old. Lock her up!
1 GoddamnFreemasons 2017-11-10
And don't give me that "she's a private citizen" bullshit!
1 Parcc_Narc 2017-11-10
It is off.
P-Gate threads proliferate.
Pro-pedo-bots are standing down.
Sth Rch theories are being resurrected.
It is happening.
1 architect_son 2017-11-10
When they flagged down the anti-pedo bots, they forgot to reprogram them to cite family guy/simpson theories.
1 schmickler83 2017-11-10
Why didn't you spell Seth Rich? Do you honestly think you're avoiding some kind of list? Spoiler: you're already on the lists.
1 Afrobean 2017-11-10
Shills/bots are definitely triggered by certain keywords. You won't and being put on some "list" by doing what they did, but they might be able to avoid attention from professional trolls.
1 schmickler83 2017-11-10
That makes sense but if they're professional they probably just wait for this kind of thing to get posted and respond to comments. As for the bots, I'd imagine they figured out to look for misspellings by now.
1 Parcc_Narc 2017-11-10
Do you mean the list of people who have not gotten sick from eating an Arby's Roast Beef sandwich with fried onions?
Because I'm not on that one.
I do seem to be on the list of people who own a 2011 Jeep Liberty, whose warranty expired, and is eligible to buy a new warranty for $39.95 a month.
I think I would rather be on the Illuminati's list of the top 10,000 shit-posters on Reddit than the third-party car warranty sales call list, as I doubt the Illuminati/NSA/CIA/Rand Corporation/Tri-Lateral Commission would have such brazen disregard for the National Do-Not-Call Registry as the Third-Party-Car-Warranty Cabal seems to have.
1 fionnstoned 2017-11-10
I think its the lack of bots today. These stories are always here, but they are usually drowned out by the botspam.
1 SixVISix 2017-11-10
This is literally the opposite of what I believe is happening.
1 fionnstoned 2017-11-10
Perhaps the tactic has changed today. I was tracking the bots yesterday. When you look at their post history you see that they aren't real people. They just post an article to a dozen subreddits every 5 minutes. Then 5 minutes later they post a different article to the same dozen subreddits. They never comment or reply to comments on their posts.
If you look at the histories of today's shitposters they are in the trenches fighting for the crazy illuminati/jew/alien shit they believe. They could still be trolls, but they sound more like delusional people. They are definitely real humans either way.

Manufactured distraction threads
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
Out of all the comments here this is the one I feel most in agreement with.
1 Scroon 2017-11-10
Isn't that called forum dilution or something? Oh here, found it:
Technique #3 - 'TOPIC DILUTION'
Topic dilution is not only effective in forum sliding it is also very useful in keeping the forum readers on unrelated and non-productive issues. This is a critical and useful technique to cause a 'RESOURCE BURN.' By implementing continual and non-related postings that distract and disrupt (trolling ) the forum readers they are more effectively stopped from anything of any real productivity. If the intensity of gradual dilution is intense enough, the readers will effectively stop researching and simply slip into a 'gossip mode.' In this state they can be more easily misdirected away from facts towards uninformed conjecture and opinion. The less informed they are the more effective and easy it becomes to control the entire group in the direction that you would desire the group to go in. It must be stressed that a proper assessment of the psychological capabilities and levels of education is first determined of the group to determine at what level to 'drive in the wedge.' By being too far off topic too quickly it may trigger censorship by a forum moderator.

Am now hungry.

It's part of the oft referred to "Gentleperson's Guide to Forum Spies" which someone originally posted somewhere sometime.

If you want to see some bots and shills, question Mueller's integrity. Holy smokes.
1 bradok 2017-11-10
I swear the only time I've run into people here who I am certain are bots/shills is when I have questioned the DNC or the Russia narrative...and heaven forbid you do both in the same thread!
1 Fractal_Soul 2017-11-10
"Anyone with different views is a bot or shill!"
Is there a list of acceptable opinions that we're allowed to hold to avoid being called a shill? Maybe we could sticky it?
1 bradok 2017-11-10
If you had seen the threads I was talking about you would understand. They were all hostile, they used the same terminology, they were all new accounts, and their post histories were nothing but defending the DNC...utterly transparent. I'm cool with people having different opinions but if you don't realize there are real shills prowling these forums I don't know what to tell you.
1 TheFutureIsBeautiful 2017-11-10
Agreed. Would’ve thought it was a quiet day. Twitter was also off. Had to pull up timelines... seemed like nothing was in my home feed.
1 1-800-GOFUCKYOURSELF 2017-11-10
Today?
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
I'd say in the last 24 hours.
1 StGabriel5 2017-11-10
Agree.
1 BigTgs 2017-11-10
I’m fairly new but yeah. I️ agree. I wasn’t sure if mods were locking down discussions or people weren’t posting. It’s quiet. It’s random things. Maybe I’m just missing something?
1 bananapeel 2017-11-10
Way too quiet. Nothing 'new' here today except for the Louis CK story.
1 mattymattC 2017-11-10
I haven't felt an on day here is years.
1 c0nsp1ratard 2017-11-10
Maybe the shill money dried up after the KSA arrests
1 Mooseisabitfat 2017-11-10
Time for the daily meta thread.
1 AlvinItchyCock 2017-11-10
Its just posting cycles it happens every so often.
1 bluetincan 2017-11-10
There are a lot of new accounts posting smear threads.
1 exasperated_facepalm 2017-11-10
Yessir. I spotted it specifically today too. They want us fixated on celebrities who grabbed a little ass here and there, and there's also elements of message control being slipped in, positing misleading associations as given fact.
1 Kcarp6380 2017-11-10
The 11-15 day old accounts all have the same talking points
Pizzagate is fantasy
Hillary is old news
Trump likes getting pissed on
ANON are all fake.
It’s really strange.
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
Really though, who of us here can say we don't like getting pissed on? :p
1 ProjectBadass- 2017-11-10
Me
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
Hahahaha
1 456com 2017-11-10
Wasn't there some leaked emails from Hillary/Podesta where they talked about the short attention span and therefore limited lifecycle of negative news stories?
1 lostkhronos 2017-11-10
I've noticed the complete opposite...
1 oo40oztofreedum 2017-11-10
Almost like anybody who doesn't agree with you guys gets labeled a shill.
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
That sounds like shill talk to me. Laughs
1 YeshuaIsSaviour 2017-11-10
Agreed.
1 itsthepropaganda 2017-11-10
it is slack tide - lv was a watershed for posters while it lasted. the old stories are old bait of hungry monetizers - some of the numerology people think new years will be interesting time.
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
Valid theory.
1 irrelevant_spam 2017-11-10
You know something's wrong when the sub does feel right.
1 soss-boss 2017-11-10
Something is fucking weird. There are over 5k active users at 11:30pm EST.
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
I've seen that happen though when certain posts reach other subs. It's hard for me to tell if traffic is natural or not.
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
When you watch the ebb and flow of information closely sometimes things feel off in a way you can't quite put your finger on. Something in your center knows something's off.
1 GoddamnFreemasons 2017-11-10
I feel sorry for those who are shilling their lives away at r/conspiracy at the behest of elite satanic pedophiles. The people they are protecting would most likely have them murdered just so they could smoke their pineal gland if they weren't able to get it from an unborn fetus.
1 GoddamnFreemasons 2017-11-10
Why was I downvoted for this comment... Though it may not seem like it I was being serious (albeit hyperbolic), check my post history and fuck the New World Order.
1 Afrobean 2017-11-10
There's been heavy astroturf for months. Today in particular doesn't seem unusual to me with that in mind.
1 Avid_Smoker 2017-11-10
r/karmabots
1 Newgunnerr 2017-11-10
The shills are in full force today. Pizza/pedogate is being proven true and now shills are saying it's all trump fans who believed in pizzagate...? what?
that thread on moore is FULL of shills
1 Fractal_Soul 2017-11-10
Yeah, it's not being proven true, though. That's just delusional thinking.
The thread on moore is full of pedo apologists. I doubt they're being paid though. That sounds a little paranoid.
1 stop-lying 2017-11-10
Why is there always these threads but op can't even explain what he means. God forbid he actually explain himself
1 Johnny_Oldschool 2017-11-10
I did.
1 onetesttickle 2017-11-10
noticed this as well.
1 gravitas73 2017-11-10
$18 billion buys a lot of shills
1 GoddamnFreemasons 2017-11-10
I don't think that will ever get old. Lock her up!
