We can't know what stage this is in, but we should acknowledge them all.

This is all likely studied using any number of marketing products for tracking clicks (google “minimob” for example and read their marketing statement and how to beat ad blockers)

All this can then be presented to potential buyers be they political or commercial. The 4chan segment is known to be chaotic and cynical of advertising and such. This is a valuable demographic and Q is cracking how to access it.

One ancillary benefit of TRump is that I think he makes a lot of people look forward just so they don't have to see him in the present. QAnon is enlightening people on dynamics that were NEVER talked about just months ago - that is not something 'the deciders' would be excited about.
