Stop blindly supporting crypto currency

Digital money will not be the savior you are claiming it to be, governments are not 'afraid' in any form, they are quiet and excited for this system.

Stop telling me what to do with my money.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
It's credits, not money.
1 mastigia 2017-11-30
Stop telling me what to call my money. Like go get a hobby dude.
1 Garbagebutt 2017-11-30
Stay mad, stay poor.
There is no argument you can make against crypto currency you can't make against fiat.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Crypto and Fiat are two heads of the same beast. It's not going to be controlled by us, the Fed, the Banks and the BIS will never allow that.
This is the emergent 'credits' fiduciary system, numbers on a screen, gone in a case of power loss, solar or emp. Not tangible.

Paper wallets...
1 smellofburntalmonds 2017-11-30
So are dollars
1 pitbullworkout 2017-11-30
Yes, run back to the safety of the dollar /s
I do agree though that they're not scared of it...and most likely created it.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Who created crypto currency? Who supports it globally?
1 cluckcluckgo_dot_com 2017-11-30
(((Satoshi Nakamoto)))
1 cluckcluckgo_dot_com 2017-11-30
Jokes on you, I already invested all my money in Beanie Babies and POGs!
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
At least it's a diverse portfolio haha
1 talixansoldier 2017-11-30
I will continue to blindly invest in crypto currencies. Thank you for the motivation.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Go ahead but keep your investments broad, place some funds into gold and silver. It's just amusing watching people fall for this game. It's almost similar to them of taking video game moneys and transfering it as tangible currency to be used outside the game.
1 talixansoldier 2017-11-30
Nothing wrong with that either. I've sold MMO accounts/items for USD before as well.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Selling online gaming profiles that were created from the users time do have value. It's aside from the point i was trying to make to currency of itself.
1 talixansoldier 2017-11-30
I feel you, I'm just conversing. My point is value is value. The only thing that can stop crypto IMO is if the entire grid goes down. I personally believe if shit hit the fan like that we would be trading stuff like sugar and other essentials to live. Not gold and silver so much. BUT again that's my opinion.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Your 3rd sentence is revelation that is soon coming.
1 fuckingsnowflakes 2017-11-30
Considering most people keep their money in the bank...if the whole grid goes down...that money is going to most likely be lost too. Not just cryptocurrency.
1 talixansoldier 2017-11-30
Exactly.
1 Cropitekus 2017-11-30
That's like saying stop blindly supporting gold. Gold will not be the savior you are claiming it to be, governments are not 'afraid' in any form, they are quiet and excited for this system.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
That's a ridiculous statement, of course i support gold. It's real and tangible.
1 Cropitekus 2017-11-30
so is bitcoin. just because you don't understand it doesn't mean it's not real.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
I believe you are missing the point
1 Cropitekus 2017-11-30
Maybe but at least I'm gaining on bitcoin :)
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
How would you feel if a flood wiped out the server that holds your crypto? Or a solar storm? What happens to crypro if a major disaster happens? You aren't going to be grabbing your drives when running out the door.
1 Cropitekus 2017-11-30
There is nothing you can invent now that will stop me from investing in crypto, but feel free to try.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Seems to be the common response today "stop telling me what to do" - amusing really as I'm not holding amyones hand in the fire.
All I'm saying is invest broadly, it's basic investments 101 but children respond with vitrol without understanding the implications of a global digital currency.
1 Cropitekus 2017-11-30
Actually you said "Stop blindly supporting crypto currency". Looks like you're trying to change the subject.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
An addition to my original statement, nothing more.
1 Cropitekus 2017-11-30
Riiiiight.
1 Akareyon 2017-11-30
That's not how crypto currencies work, though. It seems you aren't aware yet of the concept of decentralization. There is not one server where the ledger is stored on; it's on all computers participating in the network, world wide. You'll have a hard time wiping all computers that hold a copy of the ledger. That's what gives it its robustness and why some people put their trust in the system.
There may be arguments against crypto, but that one is simply null and void.
1 cluckcluckgo_dot_com 2017-11-30
Stop telling people what to do with their own money. You are worse than the government.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Hahaha
1 Globie2017 2017-11-30
Keep telling yourself that.
Bitcoin is not comparable to gold. Gold has real value, it is required in manufacturing processes, it is desired for jewellery, I can hold it in my hand and just about everyone on earth will accept it as payment.
1 DereIzNoPoint 2017-11-30
But governments are afraid of gold, why do you think they keep manipulating the price down?
1 LandOfTheFreebase 2017-11-30
Although it probably won't make you filthy rich like if you invested in the early 2000's, there's still good probability of making a good short term profit from btc. Look at statistics from the past few years. Might as well keep making real money off it while you still can.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Agreed, if you have the capability to invest and profit short term from crypto, great but do not assume that it's a savior in any form. Make a buck or two and pull out, invest in tangible assets.
1 LandOfTheFreebase 2017-11-30
I would argue not to blindly invest in anything.
1 TupacsFather 2017-11-30
You're right.
1 RMFN 2017-11-30
If it can't buy anything it isn't a currency.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
Also if it cannot be bartered
1 Myhearthergain 2017-11-30
It definetely can buy stuff
1 RMFN 2017-11-30
Like a house?
1 Myhearthergain 2017-11-30
I mean I guess you could cash it out and buy a house but that's not the same I suppose. I'm saying you can purchase things with it. It's obviously limited to certain things though.
1 RMFN 2017-11-30
It can buy things, but only some things... Definitely not a currency. More of an investment.
1 Myhearthergain 2017-11-30
Ok making some ground. So you admit you were wrong then? You can convert it out and buy whatever you want with whatever currency you need. How is it not a currency?
1 randokatrando 2017-11-30
It might possibly be the one world currency one day..
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
=]
1 TupacsFather 2017-11-30
Well, it's without a doubt that everything is going to be digital. We're moving into the smart grid right now, with the Internet of Things, 5G, etc. They WANT a digital currency to take over. They want us all locked into the smart grid. I could never understand why people put so much faith into cryptocurrency.
1 fuckingsnowflakes 2017-11-30
Exactly. Isn't it exactly what they want? One world currency they can control and manipulate?
1 Balthanos 2017-11-30
Removed. Rule 10
1 fuckingsnowflakes 2017-11-30
Lmao. "Depending on context."
First of all, I didn't call him one...I asked him if he was one.
Second of all, by context you mean, if it's true, and he's a paid shill sponsored by the sub mods who are obviously also paid shills (to think the powers at be would let this sub exist otherwise is hilarious, and also explains why this sub mostly consists of nonsense misinformation).
Thanks for making that so painfully obvious you evil piece of shit.

1 Wubzwubz 2017-11-30
You can't print cryprocurrencies with debt
1 fuckingsnowflakes 2017-11-30
Mods will delete your comment if you point out how many people are trying to get people disinterested in bitcoin.
Obviously bitcoin is the real deal...and it truly does scare the shit out of the bankers
Buy, buy, buy people. Don't let anyone try to trick you into being scared away.
1 vwrage 2017-11-30
The real deal? If a disaster happens, is your digital currency going to buy you food, shelter or necessitates? Will you be able to barter for goods and or services? Will it buy you gas, clothes or water?
No you fucking sheep, you'll starve and die because you're delusional in assuming this has any real tangible value. Instead of fighting for a currency that brings back non-fiat, you proudly promote invisible credits.
God help you and the rest of these morons if shit hits the fan.
