Nobody wants to read this but

Don't take the toxic culture surrounding alcohol and associate it with marijuana in the near future. It's annoying to see people not telling others (esp non smokers that may be reading this) that the most important thing in mind when it comes to any substance is self control.
Addiction doesn't happen overnight. It's something that grows. Don't build destructive habits w any substance and make sure YOU CAN AFFORD what ur doing... Have a good night.

cannabis is for the terminal and people living in severe pain.
1 R6xOsrs 2018-01-18
Disagree. 100% I’ve seen Cannabis treat anxiety, depression and also have seen it help in people’s with hot tempers.
1 itsthetruthbitch 2018-01-18
it doesn't treat it. it just masks the problem, sometimes for years until that person becomes so neurotic and annoying they become borderline retarded.
1 R6xOsrs 2018-01-18
Proof? I have First person been with a person having an anxiety attack to the point where they were crying and shaking. Smoking allowed the person to assess the situation and develop a rational response to the stressors around as opposed to having a complete meltdown. What you sound like is the typical “weed make you lazy don’t smoke it just listen to me” type of person.

"I have First person been with a person having an anxiety attack to the point where they were crying and shaking. Smoking allowed the person to assess the situation and develop a rational response to the stressors around as opposed to having a complete meltdown."
that paragraph is my proof that pot creates neurotic and annoying people.
i know people just like this personally. they freak out if someone won't help them clean their apartment.

You seem more “neurotic and annoying” than consumers your talking about.

low effort.

I've smoked weed everyday for 5 years straight. It gives me the motivation to work out, clean, and handle day to day life. I've lost 100 pounds because it suppresses my appetite. I was a fat lazy piece of shit before I smoked weed. Fuck off.

Not everything can be treated. Does that mean a person should suffer because something can't be cured?
1 itsthetruthbitch 2018-01-18
i've never seen anyone yet become cured of weed-lmao induced retardation. i've seen the data, i've witnessed the cases, i cling to hope someone out there will lift their eyes skyward and emerge from the bong load smoke and embrace a sober reality.
1 waitingforatidalwave 2018-01-18
I don't mean weed. I mean it helping with symptoms of certain terminal illnesses that can't be treated.
1 itsthetruthbitch 2018-01-18
my first comment here i already mentioned that being a pothead was an acceptable lifestyle choice for the terminally ill and those in severe constant pain. IN MY OPINION.

I’d say exactly that about heroin. We should use it for that.
1 waitingforatidalwave 2018-01-18
It is true that anything can be abused. We need better drug education. And if we fixed quality of life for more people in the world than we are, less people will turn to alcohol or marijuana. But marijuana has a lot of benefits so it shouldn't be off limits, either. Just legalizing it doesn't solve the problem but I'm leaving it illegal doesn't do any good at all. We need a different solution to the problem. Just taking away something doesn't fix anything.
1 drunkmaster2014 2018-01-18
Yup,hard to let it go once you are addicted to alcohol.
1 IAmThatIAm001 2018-01-18
4 months sober after nearly 5 years in my SHTF journey (life, been down the rabbit hole almost 20 years). The hardest part is the withdrawal. Make it past day 3 and it gets much easier.
Don't bite it, it won't bite you.
MJ has helped me with Anxiety, ADHD, and Depression. Alcohol only ever intensified those urges.

All things in moderation.
There is no panacea.
People can fall into prisons of pleasure as well as pain. Some people will always fuck everything up because that is their life. If not cannabis or booze then something else to not be.
Cannabis helps with muscular issues and has many specialized and better understood applications.
As far as the world of drugs, it is a friendlier go than most.
Look at good old respectable, addictive over the counter big business Opioids and Booze. People drive that shit into their deaths.
There will always be habitual escapists and dangerous addicts.
1 BeshizzleAGenizzle 2018-01-18
Amen!
1 natasha2827 2018-01-18
Agreed. Weed won't kill you but the addiction might ("habit" for those who get triggered by people saying weed is addictive) the need to get something(weed) so bad that you end up stealing or getting yourself in dangerous situations to get it isn't unheard of. However this can apply to absolutely any substance and yet it doesn't compare to the destruction alcohol causes. For as long as we have the free will to do whatever we want to our bodies, we will have addiction and ultimately substance abuse death sentences. I do find it crazy how pretty much every single person I know smokes or has smoked weed but I know maybe 1 or 2 people who don't drink whatsoever. Alcohol 100% has way more power over people than weed does and I don't understand how anybody could or would want to compare the two in an argument about substance abuse, its insanely different

This is not a conspiracy.
