People have been saying the Russia thing is dead for like 6 months. What? The criminal investigation is still very much going on. And there have been a bunch of indictments so far. It's not even remotely "dead."

Russia have asked for samples of the substance used in the attempt to aid in the investigation. The UK ignored them instead and have not shared with anyone. Not saying this means anything but it seems pretty convenient that no-one else got to investigate.

I never said anything about war or engaging in war. Sanctions or kicking out diplomats/spies, like the UK is doing, is a good minimal step for them to take.
