Texas couple arrested Massachusetts hotel room?

Got a lot of this from redditor comments on the /r/news thread
This story was all over the news about a couple being arrested with a bunch of weapons.
https://np.reddit.com/r/news/comments/87f94a/texas_couple_arrested_with_large_cache_of_weapons/
Heres the police report which I immediately found strange:
http://extras.mnginteractive.com/live/media/site105/2018/0326/20180326_010823_Binder1.pdf
At one point it states: "Francho advised Sgt. Farnnum that he was a contractor for a company he owned, Ensyme Engineering."
Which seems to be confirmed by this which lists Francho as a contact:
https://www.darpa.mil/attachments/ProposersDayContactList.pdf
Check out their site: http://www.ensyma.us/about-us.html
Doesn't really indicate what they do and the About us page has strange logos; Cern, Medical Countermeasure systems, ITER ect
Also if we look at his linkedin:
(I dont use linkedin so don't know if this part is credible) https://np.linkedin.com/in/ensyma/
Says he has recommendations from people such as: Rob Anderson Facility Operations at Lockheed Martin
Kevin Henson Chief Scientist, Cyber Defense Labs
Another redditor found this resume on indeed (https://resumes.indeed.com/resume/eb092f6a45fbf241)
that says:
"Project Manager ENSYMA Engineering November 2015 to January 2016 • Provided recommendation for cellular telecommunications, satellite Internet ISP services to and from Cuba with specific duties including testing of Wireless Mesh Network for Medical Epidemiology utilizing "CubaMappa" GIS for use with surveillance database (CDC Epi7)"

There was a somewhat detailed comment on the /r/news thread that got deleted and buried and not really any other mentions of this anywhere... It could be nonsense but there seems to be some strange stuff going on worth looking into

The part at the end where his ex-wife said that he's "been telling this story for years" is the proverbial cherry.
Doesn't make this any less scary. Seems as though he was surveiling a spot in Cambridge the last few days.

Okay but wait... working for a goverment agency dealing with a virus, and they are from Texas? Didn’t a Youtuber predict a wipe out flu virus of sorts would start there. Odd...
