As you can see by the screenshots this has been going on for months and has probably got alot bigger.

Please report this subreddit and its conspirators to the reddit admins by sending a message to #reddit.com

Wow i'm on that list, awesome.

Congrats.

I'm not :(

Who do you think you're kidding? You're a Jew from Calgary that poses as a white supremacist, you're either sakebomb69 or another account that starts with s, can't remember the username.

Jew

Nope

white supremacist

Nope

Aha but you are from Calgary! We caught you, you snake in the grass!

But back on topic, does anyone know if that pro Israel reddit has actually grown? I mean, I don't find a 7 person reddit, in which one's a mole, too intimidating.

Most of these JIDL-type attempts to influence voting seem to have fizzled.

Most of these JIDL-type attempts to influence voting seem to have fizzled.

Aha!

So some of them have not fizzled!

Please name names for us!

Zionist conspiracy on the Internet? You're surprised? Really?

It only had 1 upvote in 23 days. That seems relevant to me.

The subreddit only had 7 members at the time. It's probably got alot bigger in the months since.

Huh.

tries to go to /r/proisrael to check it out

forbidden (reddit.com)

its only available to its members

I didn't even know you could do that. It certainly doesn't help their cause.

its the same for gold members /lounge

I thought for sure this was in r/circlejerk.

That's the same type of shit that happened on digg. They were called the bury brigade or the bury fairies. But isn't it funny...just about all of them were Jews and or zionists. Why do they naturally turn into diabolical turds and corrupt the Truth?

Israel's position is unsupportable. The only way they can back Israel up is by telling lies, and by burying the truth.

Because it only takes 4 ounces of grey matter to discover that controlling information = controlling people.

I hate the anti-semitism in r/conspiracy but blackball lists and trying to game reddit is lame.

And would you look at that, I'm on texmex's list as a probable shill.

See that pisses me off. I hate the fact that some people can't separate the shit that Israel does from stereotyping all jews.

But it sounds like anyone that doesn't like stereotyping based on race or ethnicity is automatically working with the fucking Israelis.

Hey texmex, go fuck yourself.

I hate the anti-semitism in r/conspiracy

The other component of zionist game rigging in reddit is "black propaganda." Some of those shills are sock-puppeting racist posters to discredit /r/conspiracy.

This is something I hadn't considered. That said, there were a few names on that proisrael list that I would consider pretty regular anti-semetic commenters.

I've never seen any anti-semitism on r/conspiracy, maybe you are confusing it with anti-zionism.

Never? Be sure to keep an eye out for it now. If you look for it it's here.

I'm not very familiar with zionism but here is the thing my dislike of anti-semitism appears to be the same as others dislike of zionism which is described by wiki as a possible racist ideology.

If you hate zionism, you should also hate anti-semitism.

You're on the right track.

Most of the frequent commentators on r/conspiracy are not racist anti-semites; they're concerned anti-zionists. Some folks are a little paranoid and believe that there's a conspiracy amongst some of the wealthier jewish population to support zionism; but from what I've seen even they are often quite reasonable to discuss with.

I rather enjoy the discussion on r/conspiracy. Aside from those who trash the commentators on this subreddit in drive-by slander, most of the discussion is remarkably mature. More so than most other subreddits, I daresay.

My other favourite havens of reasonable discussion include r/trees, r/programming, r/cigars, and r/proper. :)

Are you new to r/conspiracy? Why don't you stick around and join in the discussion. You seem like a nice person

I've been here for several years, just over one year on this account.

To say that most of the 33,664 people in this subreddit aren't racists is a totally accurate statement.

The only ones that bother me are the racist ones.

I tangle with them occasionally but I find it's a bit exhausting trying to call out all of the anti-semitic comments.

I'll stick around, even if I am on some list and get downvoted when I leave just about any comment.

You are most likely being downvoted for being pathological

Edit: scrubbing your profile doesn't mean you aren't still a pathological liar

Oh, what's this? /r/Conspiracy talking about rich Jews that run the world! Nary a word about Zionism.

And this incident where people rushed to defend an openly anti-semitic redditor. Again, nothing about Israel, but lots and lots of stuff about Jews. Contains this little tidbit where the esteemed bumblingmumbling talks about how Jews are the biggest enemy of free speech.

Ooh! The Jews don't want you to know that the Holocaust was a big lie!

How about we stop making anti-Semitism illegal?

A video of a guy harrassing Jews for being Jewish is totally anti-Zionist

Giffords shooter was a filthy Jew!

etc. etc. etc.

The thing is, Jews as a group tend to support Isreal and its Zionist policies. Insofar as we are criticizing the actions of Isreal, we also criticize such support. But there is a minority of Jews who are highly vocal and who stand against Zionism and do not support Israel's actions against the Palestinians. Spokespersons for that group, such as Norman Finkelstein and Noam Chomksy, get a very warm reception here.

By link:

  1. Link to a list of wealthy Jews. Discussion is mostly about whether talking about this is anti-semitic, and the interesting over-representation of Jews amongst the Forbes 400. No prevailing antisemitism.
  2. The vast majority of the discussion is around how mass-downvoting is against rediquette, and how Johnny_Cash is an anti-semitic ass. I suppose you could construe otherwise, if your sarcasm detector is broken.
  3. Most of the discussion is about how likely it is that Mossad killed that man, and trite remarks on the pro-Israel movement's tendency to quell free speech; not about that man's crazy holocaust-denying beliefs.
  4. Top voted posts all seem to correct the misrepresenting title. Rest of discussion is on how free speech should remain free.
  5. Barely up-voted link; all comments above 0 appear to be about maintaining the freedom of speech.
  6. Yes, the topic of discussion was that the media was labeling a Jewish person as an anti-Semite. Your point is what, exactly?

You know, there's actual anti-semitic folks that occasionally creep their way onto r/conspiracy; but like the rest of reddit, r/conspiracy tends to do a half-decent job of down-voting them away. You, on the other hand, have confused relevant and meaningful discussion about matters of free speech with antisemitism.

Everyone that disagrees with texmex is a shill.

I get that feeling.

It's a perfectly rational way to look at the world, if you are paranoid about shadowy jewish groups following you everywhere.

If his message wasn't so toxic I'd feel bad for the guy.

same on all counts. I decry superfluous, nonsensical racism and got in a brief, impersonal spat with the guy months ago about the same thing and now I'm on the list too. It's depressing to imagine anyone taking this idiot seriously.

The most offensive part of the anti-semitism I see on r/conspiracy is the fact that r/conspiracy is supposed to be filled with rational, objective people who shouldn't be so easily swayed by obvious scapegoating techniques like racism or ethnic discrimination.

Crazy how things don't always work out, huh.

If you mean my hope that r/conspiracy should be filled with enlightened counter-culture types who hope to use unfiltered information to objectively understand the world, free from the agendas of those who would want to manipulate us?

Then yes, it hasn't exactly worked out.

That's what I meant, should have been more clear. It's incredibly disappointing, really. I was hoping to get some cool stuff out of this subreddit, but... well, you know.

I would like to think it still has some cool stuff but you have to wade through a lot of bullshit.

Maybe the best thing to do is to read the articles and then ignore the comments but this robs us of the best part of reddit, the community.

You should go outside of reddit to try to gain influence. Maybe start a Twitter hash tag (I don't think that Twitter is a Jew-owned site, so it won't be censored) to get people to sign up to reddit and downvotes their links and comments.

Well, I guess that explains why my link on "Ayn Rand on Israel" got voted down so quickly.

First off this is bad but how is it any different than the "this needs to be in /r/news and /r/politics please go upvote!!!!" posts here. Isn't /r/shill just the same kind of blackball list?

How is this different except this has 1 upvote?

I agree to an extent. It's just a silly up-vote down-vote system that people don't have to pay attention to. People are also capable of getting information from other websites. But I think the organization of a down-vote campaign, or even just an implication of organization, is what troubles people most. You don't have to agree with what someone says, but that doesn't mean you need to order around some sheep to down-vote submissions or comments, especially if said down-vote is not accompanied by a well articulated reply.

They are breaking reddits rules by organizing mass downvotes and upvotes. This isn't just a once off thing, they are trying to permanently censor any negative discussion about israel.

Exactly! wait, what's your point? I can't tell if you are agreeing with me or not?

You are trying to permanently censor people by placing them on suggested black list with no public proof of your claims. Am I on the list now?

What? I haven't made any list, its the zionists that made the list.

Did you see texmex's list?

He's been doing the same and is advocating those on the list be massdownvoted?

They are both advocating mindless downvoting rather than taking each comment as an independent idea that should be read on its merits.

It's equally bad on both sides.

There is a difference.

One is a group of people targeting reddit as a whole with their agenda.

The other is someone targeting a group that is actively violating reddit's rules.

How can you try to say that they're the same thing?

I didn't see any proof that these people are having a material affect on reddit.

This is post number 3 on the page. They aren't very good at their jobs apparently.

I'm irritated that i'm not on the list

Wow! "hitlerwasright" and "jewcifer" made their blackball list? Who would have thought? LOL

I can't believe I'm not on the list with all my facts about the holocaust not happening.

All your "facts"

LOL
