What if this subreddit would synchronize our activities, with the goal of getting 1 important story on the front page every day?

While it probably counts as some sort of a breach of reddiquette, it is not spam as we all have accounts and opinions. We are just synchronizing our activites to highlight what we feel is important.
It would probably be simplest to use the top scoring link of the day before, but it could also be good to highlight some more beginner stuff.
R/politics will be the most difficult as it is the most censored and I for example don't get any of my submissions into the new cue there anymore. But there are other subreddits we could focus on, such as r/worldpolitics r/til r/trees r/worldnews r/videos etc.
This would take a little bit of organization, just to know who will post the submission we are unifying over, but it could be accomplished. What are your thoughts?

r/conspiracy conspires to control the frontpage.

I think it's an excellent way to bring additional unwanted disrepute to this subreddit, unnecessarily.
EDIT: I'm not saying I haven't thought of it before... or, perhaps, even suggested it in a passing comment or two under previous usernames. I'm just sayin'... I'd reject actually doing it as a subreddit sanctioned activity for any subreddit .... unless, of course, that was the stated purpose/mission of the subreddit in question (which it isn't, for r/conspiracy).

additional? How is that even possible?
Common, we have nothing to lose. The more people that are exposed to this kind of information the better.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I typically look at the related posts and up vote them if it's good. If someone happens to cross post from r/cons and this community up votes the post, who cares; and how would that necessarily be conspiratorial. I'm just sayin' up vote shit you like and up vote related posts in other subreddits. I can't be the only one who does this...

Could you imagine if we got conspiracy of silence and all the backing documentary on the front page of reddit? Can you say HOLY SHIT? Trolls can't refute that because its backed by libel/slander/criminal court cases, as well as numerous strange yet apparent deaths. It would really leave people wanting more especially if you connected it to r/conspiracy. That was the first real conspiracy that caught my attention besides my gut feeling about 9/11.

It would get gamed by disinfo artists and do more harm than good

What about starting with the top entry now? the building 7 entry. People still need to know about building 7.

I agree. Though I think subtlety is a key - not telling people the answer, but letting them find it. There are a lot of curious people these days losing confidence in government.

Soooo...You want to allow an automated system to control what gets upvoted...in a CONSPIRACY subreddit? Let me guess...You had a large glass of kool-aid with your morning chapter of "1984".

it's yuck that you think you're so ahead of the population in some way that you want to circumvent the system (that allows this subreddit to exist and be effective at providing interested parties with info they may need) to enforce something, anything, on the rest of the population.
THIS is the sickness.

Isn't it pretty much the definition of sociopathy? The devaluation of others?

If you have a good submission with a good title posted to the correct subreddit, it should get frontpage'd on its own merit without a problem.
If /r/Conspiracy started doing this though, odds are we'd get some bullshit blogspam posted on the front page with a all-caps title where it would last a minute or two, until the reddit community [correctly] downvotes it.
If you have a good article with good citations on a good website and you submit it with a good title, odds are it'll get frontpaged without needing to conspire to get it there. And since its a good submission it'll stay there too. And don't hesitate to politely ask the mods to remove your submission from the spam filter if it ends up there.

I x-posted to r/campFEMA. I think maybe that might be a more appropriate venue for this kind of mischief.
